Maple Cranberry Sauce recipe
Maple syrup and cranberries make for a divinely sweet cranberry sauce with lots of fall flavor.
Ingredients:
¾ pound cranberries
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup walnut halves
Grated zest of 1 orange
Directions:
1) Combine cranberries, maple syrup, juice, and zest in a medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat; lower to a simmer and cook 10 minutes, until cranberries pop. Transfer to serving dish; chill before serving.
