Cranberry Mandarin Jello Mold recipe
A tasty addition to any Holiday table, this Cranberry Mandarin Jello Mold will delight adults and children alike. Raspberry gelatin is combined with mandarin oranges and cranberry sauce and chilled to perfection. Crunchy chopped walnuts add a tasty kick to this sweet dinnertime treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 3oz packages raspberry gelatin
- ½ envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- ½ c. cold water
- 1 8oz can mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 1 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/3 c. finely chopped walnuts
Directions:
Spray a 9” square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In medium glass mixing bowl combine raspberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin. Add 1 c. boiling water and stir with metal spoon until completely dissolved. Slowly stir in ½ c. cold water. Add undrained mandarin oranges, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Stir until completely combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap,and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, until firm. Serve cold.
