Three sweeteners come together in this cinnamon-flecked cranberry relish - making for a delightfully sweet-tart condiment! Spread this over meats, breads, and breakfast foods.
Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
¾ cup water
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 pound cranberries
4 oranges, peeled, divided into segments, chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1) Combine sugars, maple syrup, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium pot; bring to a boil over high heat. Add cranberries and simmer, uncovered, until cranberries pop, about 5 minutes.

If I jar up and refrigerate - how long will this last?
Easy to prepare and a great tasting relish. On a diet so used Splenda for sugar and brown sugar. Is there any way to find out amounts of fat, carbs, fiber and protein if made with this substitute?
