Cranberry Relish recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 medium orange, peeled, seeded
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until lightly pureed but still has texture. Transfer mixture to serving bowl; refrigerate 2 days, until fully jelled and set. Serve cold.
