Cranberry Relish recipe

You'll look at this recipe and think - is that it? Yup, it's just that easy to make tasty fruit relish from scratch!

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 medium orange, peeled, seeded

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until lightly pureed but still has texture. Transfer mixture to serving bowl; refrigerate 2 days, until fully jelled and set. Serve cold.

Can not make enough of this it gets eaten by the spoonful, put in recipes, on anything and everything.

This is very good. I'm not a huge cranberry fan and I love this. It is also very good with a cup of pecans added. Just put them in the food processor with everything else. {and Denise, no you do not boil the cranberries}

If you slice orange in half remove pith and insides, then. you can fill up these with your premade relish for each guest at your table. In our house this is a tradition!! VERY FESTIVE!

Additionally, the relish is even better when made several days ahead.
