Cranberry Nut Pie recipe
This enchanting pie is something between a cake, custard, and fruit crisp—it’s a must-try for dessert lovers.
Ingredients:
2 cups cranberries
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
Ice cream, for serving
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
2) Combine cranberries, nuts, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Spread evenly over bottom of pie plate.
3) Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and orange in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over cranberries and nuts.
4) Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes. Serve with ice cream.

Very good, used orange peel, added 1 tablespoon triple sec liz.
2nd try turned out just as good as first, still only needed an hour cook time. Used a tablespoon of triple sec liquor again in topping.
