Very good! I also prepared citrus glaze using freshly squeezed lemon and orange juices (1 each) with powdered sugar to thicken and poured it over the warm pudding. (It's more like a moist scone.) Delicious! Great for breakfast also! I baked it in an original Bundt Cake Pan and put it on a glass pedestal. Wish I had taken a picture!

I made this and it turned out pretty bitter. I would not make it again, or maybe make drastic changes.

This recipe was delicious! More like a cake than a pudding. Nice and moist and really flavorful. Plenty of cranberries.

Rather disappointing after reading the other reviews. Not sweet, but not very tart. Seems as though it was missing an ingredient that would help it stimulate your taste buds for a second serving. May taste better served with ice cream. I will eat it all, but doubt I will make it again.

This was wonderful! I couldn't stop eating it! I added an orange glaze on top after it cooled and it completely made the dish! Thanks Rebecca Wallace for suggesting that!

Excellent. I used Whole Cranberries, and a mix of Buttrmilk and Cream. Also made an Orange/Lemon Glaze. So delicious! More like a bread.
